ROI Success Story: Diana Brannon

"I had signed up for the Certified Remote Work Professional course about the same time as I had applied for a position at Zion's Bank. I have been in various positions in the banking world for the last 23+ years so I am very familiar with the role. I was offered a position from Zion's about the same day as class was starting. The position is a remote customer service associate. The job starts February 1st. I decided that I wanted to complete this certificate, since there was time, and I am so glad I did. Before starting the class, I knew nothing about working remotely. Now, I feel like I am armed with the knowledge I need to fulfill this post. I am very grateful for the time in class and the knowledge I have gained. Thank you for this class and Thank you for your support.” - Diana Brannon
