ROI Success Story

I was hired as a Customer Success Manager with the potential to transition into a Data Scientist role as the company grows. Since the company operates fully remotely, they valued my completion of the Certified Remote Work Professional course, which made me more prepared for the job.


MedicalMatch is a med-tech startup that connects clinicians with one-time PRN shifts at hospitals, clinics, and other facilities. Initially, I was going to join as a data scientist on their marketing team. However, given their start-up needs, they required a Customer Success Manager with an analytics background to help develop that role within the company.

New research shows 37% of Utahs working population works from home

Web hosting provider Hostinger analyzed data from the US Census Bureau on the number of citizens in each state who reported that they worked from home for at least one (1) in seven (7) days between January 9 and February 5, 2024. They worked out these numbers as a percentage of the working population in each state to determine America’s remote work hotspots.


Utah was ranked fourth, with 37.3% of the working population having worked remotely during the seven days. This is equal to 924,000 people out of a workforce of 2.5 million. Out of those that worked remotely, 48.2% did so for five or more days and 33.3% worked from home for just 1-2 days.

ROI Program Impact

Over the all nine (9) course modules in the Certified Remote Work Professional course, participants' knowledge increases were statistically significant, demonstrating an increase in learning and skill development. 71% of respondents intended to look for remote work opportunities, and 97% felt their value as remote workers increased.
