Not exactly a reason to smile

Some 8.3% of workers don’t brush their teeth when working from home, according to newly released data from WFH Research. Perhaps more alarmingly, 5.1% don’t brush their teeth even when going into an office.

Student spotlight: Danielle Nelson

The Certified Remote Work Professional course exceeded all of my expectations! It shows you everything from how to have a space in your home to work remotely, to the different types of work you can find and tools you can use. It also teaches you how to protect your computer’s data. Without a doubt, the best course I’ve taken! Now, I'm putting everything I've learned into practice so that I can achieve my goal of working remotely as a bookkeeper.

How generative AI will change sales

Sales teams have typically not been early adopters of technology, but generative AI may be an exception to that. Sales work typically requires administrative work, routine interactions with clients, and management attention to tasks such as forecasting. AI can help do these tasks more quickly, which is why Microsoft and Salesforce have already rolled out sales-focused versions of this powerful tool.
