We Are Hiring a Program Manager!
The primary duty of the Program Manager is to oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of the ROI program statewide. Incumbents oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; serve as principal point of representation for external constituencies on operational matters; and provide day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

     

Meet Our Newest Member of the ROI Team, Simone Kuzma!

Simone Kuzma is a Staff Assistant for the Rural Online Initiative. She comes to USU with degrees in geology and law from Ohio University and the University of Denver. In this role she brings with her experience in higher education with the University of British Columbia’s admissions department and over 10 years’ experience in entrepreneurial start-ups.

The Department of Workforce Services announced 30 new permanent jobs for workers in rural communities. "These state jobs will provide new opportunities for Utahns in rural communities to thrive and prosper,” said Gov. Spencer Cox.
