August Student of the Month: Stuart Jakins is turning goals into reality

Meet Stuart Jakins from Box Elder County, our August Student of the Month. Stuart is working toward a career in teaching that supports his family and aligns with his skills, interests, and values. ROI Program Specialist, Trenton Willson, recently attended the National Career Development Conference where he was coached by career development pioneer Mark Savickas in The Career Construction TheoryTrenton, who has been teaching the Remote Work Professional Course since 2018, and has 15 years of career coaching experience, will share what he learned, highlight key takeaways from the conference, and demonstrate the Career Construction process with a participant to show how it can be used to evaluate career preferences and life goals.
