ROI Student of the Month

I was very nervous that the Certified Sales Professional course was going to tell me how to aggressively sell. Instead, I was reminded how to present information in a manner that it could be heard and understood. The realization that, through that process of sales, I could be loving and respectful of those I was interacting with and truly help them find valuable solutions was like light in my soul. The manner that you all interacted with and supported one another helped solidify what you were teaching. I shall never forget this experience. I will also do my best to follow your example in my own classrooms.

ROI Impact Statement

The Certified Remote Work Professional course reported a cumulative total of 503 Utah job placements by the end of 2023, meeting program goals and also contributing in reduction of unemployment by 0.5% in 6 counties. See table 2 on the ROI report.

Economic distress declining in rural Utah

Most of rural Utah has seen significant relief from economic distress since 2015. The biggest improvement was in Piute County — previously Utah's most distressed county — which saw a 40-point jump as employment increased. Emery County is one former mining hotspot that saw major improvement as well. Emery's economy has finally stabilized after mining job losses in the 2000s and early 2010s.
